Welcome to the WIZZ Youth Challenge, an opportunity for students to demonstrate their business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving skills in an international case study competition. This year we’re calling upon students to deliver a forward-thinking solution to an industry-wide challenge – sustainable aviation.
By signing up, you’ll be given the opportunity to take on bright young minds from across Europe, gain invaluable industry knowledge and to present your ideas to the Leaders of Wizz Air. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Solve the case
Upload your solution by the given deadline
STEP 4
Semi-final
Earn yourself a spot in the Online Semi-Finals, where you will deliver a 30-minute presentation in front of the Wizz jury.
STEP 5
Be part of the Grand Final event
The top 6 teams will receive an invitation to the Grand Final in Budapest.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
By entering the WIZZ Youth Challenge, you and your team will have the opportunity to showcase your professional skillset beyond your university degree by developing and presenting a creative, innovative, and forward-thinking solution to a real-life business challenge. Throughout the competition, you will work as a team on a practical case that reflects real corporate decision-making, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience.
The top-performing teams will be rewarded with an all-expenses-paid trip to Budapest for the finals, where they will have the unique chance to pitch their ideas, network, and engage directly with top-level executives. In addition, the teams placing in the top three will receive vouchers as part of the prize package in recognition of their outstanding performance.
